Are there any cleaning fees or additional costs?

Yes, the cleaning fee is €50.00 per stay and includes final cleaning of the house and weekly linen change; however, garden and pool cleaning, carried out on average every 2 days, is included in the rental fee.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation policy: full refund for cancellations within 30 days of the start of the stay and 50% for cancellations within 15 days.

Where is it possible to park?

Raito is the only place on the Amalfi Coast where parking is free, so it will be possible to park both in a parking lot adjacent to the structure and along the road both under and above the villa, which has a double entrance for easy access. It will also be possible to park 2 motorbikes/scooters inside the villa.

Quali sono i ristoranti e negozi vicini?

A few meters from the villa there are all the essential shops (pharmacy, mini market, butcher, greengrocer, tobacconist/newsagent), near the villa you will also find typical bars and restaurants (Il Golfo, Garden, Cavalieri dei conti, Bruschetteria). Moving by car or public transport you can instead reach Vietri Sul Mare where you will be spoiled for choice between restaurants, bistros and pizzerias.

Are there bus stops nearby?

A pochi passi dall'ingresso della villa è presente la fermata dei pullman, con il quale potrete raggiungere in pochi minuti Vietri Sul Mare, Marina di Vietri o Salerno.

Has this home been made safe for babies and children?

The presence of large outdoor spaces to be used for games, the garden and the swimming pool are ideal for moments of relaxation for the whole family, children included; each level is protected by railings but the presence of steps and the use of the swimming pool always require the supervision of an adult.

Is it possible to bring pets?

Pets accepted upon request if small and well tamed (they are not welcome on the seats of the house and on the beds out of respect for everyone).

Are there stairs and steps?

Yes there are, the Villa is immersed in a magnificent and typical Mediterranean terraced garden divided into 3 levels; each level is accessible with approximately 20 steps; the swimming pool and the solarium are on the intermediate level while the house and the patio are on the lower level (60 steps from the north entrance and 20 from the south entrance).
